The ordered items are eligible for returns if:

 

-The item received is incorrect and does not match the ordered item.

-The item received has a manufacturing defect or quality issues.

In both scenarios refund or re-fulfillment of your order will be initiated at the earliest, after inspection of the received items.

We do offer exchange on case to case basis, If you are facing issues regarding size or style, please write to us at order@wearartisau.com within 2 days of receipt of your order.

There is no return or exchange on Made to Size styles, Sale or Promotional items.

All products at Artisau are Handwoven and Hand processed individually in small lots. Differences may appear from piece to piece, rendering a unique characteristic to the product. Colour variations, loose weave or coarse texture are in the nature of natural materials and manufacturing of a hand made product, these are celebrated at Artisau and not considered a defect.
